In its most extended version, the system consists of a bracelet plus a dedicated app on the wearer’s smartphone. The system can assist the user with maintaining a healthy lifestyle by providing immediate feedback on activity, sleep and heart rhythm data, plus it provides relevant data for timely identification of heart rhythm anomalies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Kotlin Developer for our Kotlin Health Applications and SDK. Help us improve our Bluetooth 5 engine in Kotlin apps. Improve robustness of the applications and add new features. We build our Mobile SDK with the newest frameworks, some cutting edge technologies and integrate that with our client native apps.

In the role as Kotlin Mobile Application Developer you will be a member of the mobile development team. You will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Kotlin platform.

You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Moreover, you will be responsible for unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Your Impact

• Create exciting Kotlin applications connected via Bluetooth 5.0 to wearables
• Improve and maintain our Kotlin applications and SDK
• Contribute to codebase maintenance and optimization
• Work with team developers on-site and off-site
• Create technical specification for off-site developers and follow-up
• Follow latest technologies and changes to keep the platform up to date

Minimum Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science
• Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.0
• Strong analytical skills
• 2-3 years mobile development in Kotlin
• High quality code and knowledge of best practices
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Experience with multi-threading programming
• Ability to take responsibility for the implementation, quality and maintenance of new and existing features
• Clear communication skills and an ability to work well with others

Best Fit

• Proven experience with Bluetooth Low Energy version 5.0
• Secure BLE communications
• Proven experience consuming RESTFul JSON API
• Testing and continuous integration experience

Wat ga je doen?
Als Business Development Stagiaire help je bij het internationaal in de markt zetten van ons product Corsano CardioWatch. De Corsano CardioWatch is een interessant product dat direct ingezet kan worden voor diverse research centers wereldwijd. Als business development stagiaire speel je hierbij een cruciale rol. Je werkt samen met – en krijgt hands-on leiding van – de Business Development Manager van Corsano.

Corsano Health ontwikkelt, produceert en verkoopt medisch gecertificeerde wearables voor het continu meten van vitale functies. Ons eerste product, de Corsano CardioWatch 287-1 is onlangs CE-gecertificeerd voor het monitoren van hartritme, hartfrequentie, ademfrequentie, slaap en activiteit. Op dit moment voeren wij verschillende klinische studies uit om dit te ontwikkelen en te valideren.

Vereisten

• Je studeert Bedrijfskunde, Commerciele Economie, BSc Klinische technologie of een vergelijkbare studie
• Je bent zelfstandig, vindingrijk en neemt initiatief
• Je werkt accuraat, ben leergierig en houdt van aanpakken
• Je hebt affiniteit met sales en marketing en je wil je hierin graag verder ontwikkelen
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in zowel woord als geschrift

Corsano Health is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Data Scientist for our Yes!Delft office in The Hague. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Data Scientist works with users to define existing or new processes as well as to recommend solutions and improvements. The candidate needs to have strong project management skills and the ability to work independently, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

The position can start as a part-time commitment. Initially expected working hours are 8 hours per week. Pay will be commensurate with attitude, experience and hustle.

Your Impact

• Work with users to define existing or new processes and recommend solutions and improvements. Serve as a liaison between users needs and the Strategic Improvement Department.
• Develop test plans and verify plans to accurately validate business requirements.
• Develop project work plans.
• Document workflow processes.
• Conduct analysis of alternatives, recommendations, and data mapping.
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
• Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
• Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc Computer Science or Technical Medicine TU Delft, currently studying MSc.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc.
• Great communication skills
• Experience with data visualisation tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc.
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB
• Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• Good scripting and programming skills
• Data-oriented personality
• Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; ability to explain matters precisely and efficiently, written and verbally
