30-Day Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving your device without giving any reason, provided that the device has not been used.

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that have been used. This includes devices that have been worn or have had the protective seals removed.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our contact form. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization.

Delivery & Responsibility

All purchases are insured in transit, and signature is required upon delivery. Once signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If an item is signed for by someone other than the recipient (such as a reception desk or gift recipient), that person becomes accountable for the package.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign, couriers will leave a notification card. You can then arrange redelivery or collect from your local sorting office.

For items returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, unclaimed packages), we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify the item is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2-Year Warranty

CardioMood products are warranted against material defects for two years from the date of purchase. Under warranty, we offer:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective products
  • Refund or price reduction only when repair/replacement is impossible and defects are significant

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts such as batteries and protective coatings (unless failure results from manufacturing defects)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage beyond the rated IP66 protection level
