Am I Using the Latest Firmware?

Check and update your CardioMood firmware.

Check Current Version

  1. Open the CardioMood app
  2. Go to Settings > Device
  3. View "Firmware Version"

Check for Updates

  1. In the app, go to Settings > Device
  2. Tap "Check for Updates"
  3. If available, follow prompts to update

Update Process

  • Keep device charged (>50%)
  • Stay close to phone
  • Don't interrupt the process
  • Update takes 5-10 minutes

After Updating

  • Device will restart
  • May need to reconnect
  • New features will be available
