Unpair Your CardioMood

How to unpair your CardioMood device from your phone.
When to Unpair
- Switching to a new phone
- Troubleshooting connection issues
- Giving the device to someone else
Unpair from App
- Open the CardioMood app
- Go to Settings > Device
- Select your device
- Tap "Unpair Device"
- Confirm the action
Unpair from Phone Settings
iOS: Settings > Bluetooth > CardioMood > Forget This Device
Android: Settings > Bluetooth > CardioMood > Unpair
After Unpairing
- The device can be paired with another account
- Your historical data remains in your account
- The device returns to pairing mode
