Why Are the LEDs Not Blinking?

Normal Behavior
The LEDs don't blink continuously to save battery. They activate: - During heart rate measurements - When checking SpO2 - During pairing mode - When charging
LED Meanings
- Green blinking: Measuring heart rate
- Red/IR: Measuring SpO2
- Blue: Pairing mode
- Red (charging): Battery charging
- Green (charging): Fully charged
Continuous Monitoring
Even without visible LED activity, the device is: - Collecting accelerometer data - Recording when next measurement is due - Maintaining Bluetooth connection
If LEDs Never Light
- Check battery level
- Ensure device is on
- Try charging
- Contact support if no response
