What's included with the CardioWatch?
Each CardioWatch includes the wearable device, magnetic charging cable, and lifetime access to our client mobile app. Volume orders (10+ devices) include branded packaging options, additional chargers, and customization possibilities.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate your existing subscription and ensure a smooth transition with no data loss or service interruption. Your clients' historical data is always preserved.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR compliant, and Enterprise plans include HIPAA compliance with BAA agreements. Data is stored in secure EU/Swiss data centers.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data (CSV/PDF) before cancellation. After your subscription ends, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to retrieve anything needed.
