iOS: How to Send Logs

Send diagnostic logs from your iPhone.

Steps

  1. Open CardioMood app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to "Support"
  4. Tap "Send Diagnostic Logs"
  5. Mail app will open
  6. Add description of your issue
  7. Send the email

Alternative Method

  1. Settings > Support > Contact Us
  2. Describe your issue
  3. Tap "Include Logs"
  4. Submit the form
