Why Share Logs

Support may request logs to: - Diagnose connection issues - Investigate sync problems - Fix bugs

How to Share

  1. Open CardioMood app
  2. Go to Settings > Support
  3. Tap "Share Diagnostic Logs"
  4. Choose how to send (email)
  5. Add description of issue

What's Included

  • App diagnostic data
  • Connection history
  • Error logs
  • Device information

Privacy

Logs do not contain: - Personal health data - Passwords or credentials - Location history
