Option 1: email your logs

Follow the instructions below to send your app and bracelet’s logs to your support contact if you have one.

Select the main menu in the top left corner

Step 1

Click Share logs

Step 2

Select Logs

Step 3

Select your mail app

Step 4

Write your message and send the email to your contact

Step 5

Option 2: contact CardioMood support team

Alternatively, you can send your message and logs directly to the CardioMood support team.

Please note that with this option, your email address will be transmitted along with your message. If you don’t wish to share such information with us, use the method described in the Option 1.

Write a description or your problem, and send the email.
