Sleep Stages
Light Sleep - Transition between wake and deeper sleep - Body begins to relax - Easy to wake from this stage
Deep Sleep - Physical restoration occurs - Immune system strengthening - Most difficult to wake from
REM Sleep - Brain is highly active - Dreams occur - Memory consolidation
