Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at CardioMood. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



Your purchase is insured whilst in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.



If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the courier company will leave you a card to notify you of the delivery attempt. This will allow you to either phone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect the package from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our delivery method require a signature. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive it. Please note that for items that were undelivered through the fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.



You have the right to cancel your membership up to 30 days after receipt of the device, without giving any reason, provided that it has not been used. If used, your membership will be final and can no longer be returned due to hygienic reasons.

CardioMood warrants that your product is free of material defects for two years from the date of purchase. If the defect is within the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. We can offer a refund or reduction of the purchase price if repair or replacement is impossible, but only if the defect is significant.

The Warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
