The CardioMood is communicating to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
Here is how to establish the connection.
Prerequisite
Before starting the pairing process, you need to install the CardioMood app to your device and register. Also, your CardioMood needs to be charged. Please refer to the relevant articles to get ready, and then follow the steps below.
Pairing process
Android
Pair 287-1B
Open the app and select the main menu in the top left corner
Step 1
Select My Bracelet
Step 2
Scroll down and click on Pair Bracelet
Step 3
Select the CardioMood 287-1B in the list of devices
Step 4
Click on Start pairing
Step 5
Wait a few seconds while your mobile device is looking for your CardioMood
Step 6
Your CardioMood has been detected!
Press on the pusher on the side of your bracelet
Step 7
Check that the detected CardioMood corresponds to your serial number
Click Confirm
Step 8
Wait for the pairing to be established
Step 9
Click OK when your are prompted to confirm a Bluetooth pairing request
Note that this might happen several times
Step 10
Congratulations! Your CardioMood is now paired to your mobile device
Click OK to exit

Open the app and select the main menu in the top left corner

Select Add a bracelet
Step 2
Select the CardioMood
287-1B in the list of devices
Step 3
Click on Start pairing
Step 4
Wait a few seconds while your mobile device is looking for your CardioMood
Step 5
Your CardioMood has been detected!
Press on the pusher on the side of your bracelet

Wait a few seconds while the connection between the CardioMood and your mobile device is being established
Step 7
Click Pair when you are prompted to confirm a Bluetooth pairing request

Congratulations!
Your CardioMood is now paired to your mobile device
