Pair your CardioMood 287-2B

The CardioMood is communicating to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
Here is how to establish the connection.

Prerequisite

Before starting the pairing process, you to install the CardioMood app to your device and register. Also, your CardioMood needs to be charged. Please refer to the relevant articles to get ready, and then follow the steps below.

Step-by-step process

Android

Pair 287-2B

Open the app and select the main menu in the top left corner

Step 1

Select My bracelet

Step 2

Select the CardioMood 287-2B in the list of devices

Step 3

Connect the charger to your CardioMood

Click on Start pairing

Step 4

Wait a few seconds while your phone is looking for your device

Step 5

Your CardioMood has been detected!

Disconnect the charger

Step 6

Check that the detected CardioMood corresponds to your serial number
Then click Confirm

Step 7

Wait for the pairing to be established

Step 8

Click OK when you are prompted to confirm a Bluetooth pairing request.
Note that this might happen several times

Step 9

Congratulations! Your CardioWatch is now paired to your mobile device
Click OK to exit

Step 10

iOS

Pair 287-2B

Open the app and select the main menu in the top left corner

Step 1

Select Add a bracelet

Step 2

Select the CardioMood 287-2B in the list of devices

Step 3

Connect the charger to your CardioMood

Click on Start Pairing

Step 4

Wait a few seconds while your mobile device is looking for your CardioMood

Step 5

Your CardioMood has been detected!

Disconnect the charger

Step 6

Wait a few seconds while the connection between the CardioMood
and your mobile device is being established

Step 7

Click Pair when you are prompted to confirm a Bluetooth pairing request

Step 8

Click Allow to receive notifications
Note that you might get this request later

Step 9

Congratulations!
Your CardioMood is now paired to your mobile device
