You can export data from a full study (with all participants) or you can download the data from a separate single participant.

Export full study

To download the data of the full study – go to the main study page and press on export.

Select which metrics you want to download and the timeframe. Then the export will start from the cloud, this can take a few seconds depending on how much data you want to download. When the export is ready you will see a “Download archive” button.

Export single participant

Please press on one of the participants. Then you will see an export button which will download the data from only one participant. Follow the same steps as above to download the selected metrics.
